So our velocity would be almost zero.

Speaking to the the topic. You know what the difference is between a pathological liar and a company. A pathological liar will lie for no reason. A company always has a reason to lie. Why shouldn't a company lie it is a given that nobody is going to call them out. I remember a few years ago when a high member of management at Sony told the press that the PS3 was not going to see a price drop. While it was smeared in hundreds of advertisements. Then two days later the price did a drop. A pretty blatant lie, and not one member of the press pointed that out. I really do not know why they bother to go out of their way to deny anything. We aren't going to believe them anyway.

Maybe that isn't fair to Electronic Arts. Maybe they do not tell a bunch of lies, or lie to the public at all. To be honest I haven't been watching them like a hawk. I just know without consequence there isn't anything to stop them from well lying to us. Which means I am not going to give it any weight. In a space full of liars there just isn't any point to taking anyone seriously anymore.
