in short my deleted post said that if it was 3rd party, there was really no indication to me either way betweend notstan and ABC, so relying on the impressions I had about the hammer were the only thing I could do anyways. (that and ABC hammering me would ensure Stefl's death the next day too because of the nameclaim so it also would have been victory for 3rd party)
