Forums - Gaming - Black Ops: If a soldier is in everyone, who is a hardcore gamer?

Activision has marketed Black Ops with the tagline, "There's a soldier in everyone".  If that is the case, that means they are pitching Black Ops to EVERYONE.  If that is the case, then where is the hardcore gamer when it comes to Black Ops?

Around the Network

Hardcore Gamers = The guys in there mothers basement too scared or busy defending their consoles to fight

I think many of us are aware that the true hardcore gamer no longer plays Black Ops or COD in general.

COD = the casual shooter franchise. It started hardcore but has really become a watered down iterative version of its past self.

(I still find it fun to play occasionally) Lets hope people who really love COD now, use the experience as a gateway into playing other shooters.

Lets hope more people buy Battlefield this holiday instead of the still unannounced COD project.

The hardcore CoD player doesn't play the game properly....

....they get too busy doing retarded things like quick-scoping and 360 kills so they can compile all their retardism in a convenient little video to put on youtube.
