I am not the only one with a poor opinion of Killzone.

Everyone I have passed the controller to in order to play it has had overwhelmingly negative views about it. If Snake612 was still here, he'd back me up on that, but assurance from Rol should be more than enough proof.


I feel the same way.  This game is prettty but unlovable.  I even loaned it to a co-worker in exchange for WWE All-Stars.  The next day, he brought it back.  Didn't even ask for his game, he just brought it back!  The last game I took back to the store was Velvet Assassin.  That ggame was a broken mess.  I'm taking KZ3 back today.  I usually keep every game I buy because there's a certain charm or feeling that I'll be in the mood to play it someday.  With KZ3, I don''t feel anything when I play it.  It's gotta go.

Well here's something pretty much everyone in my highschool and university friends love Killzone 3. I lent one of my buddies Killzone 3 as soon as PSN went down. And he still never gave it back to me. Instead he bought me MK and Portal 2 and said that I can keep both those games for Killzone 3. It's all based on opinon. I certinaly don't think people playing WWE all stars will like  games like Killzone 3.

Like you (and everyone else in this thread) said, it's all opinions.  That's quite a powerful statement, though.  I mean, the guy is a PS3 only owner and has been trying to get me to get CoD Black Ops (I own 360 version) so I can play with him on PSN for months.  He's got a PS Move, loves Uncharted, Batman AA, God of War series, Madden and NBA 2K11, Heavy Rain, WWE SvR 2011, and Homefront!  People can like multiple genres!

Glad you guys enjoy KZ3, though.  In the end, as long as we're all having fun, nothing else matters.  Nobody is going to like every single game that everybody else likes.  Hell, I don't even like WWE All-Stars but I love SvR 2011!  Sometimes, I think we try too hard to convince other people that we're having the best time of our lives with whatever awesome, new, cutting edge, game we're playing that we  forget to just have fun.  Enjoy your game, man.

So true but I mostly only play shooters and to some extent racers. But as you said we are all trying to have fun here some people like Halo some people lke Killzone some people like both (me!) and some people like WWE (The guy your talking about). But I gotta say your right my friend loves NBA 2K11 but he also plays a hell lot of Killzone so like you said peace out!

Some good sarcastic comments though where he discusses how slow the characters move when it's the fastest moving gears so far.  And of course the obvious confusion of not knowing what team he is on.  All in all a good satire and he managed to trick the OP into thinking he was serious which is always the goal of satire.

for those that haven't played it yet Gears 3 is bringing back the community that left after the disaster that was gears two multiplayer.  This may take over the 360 multiplayer crown from COD and Halo but will have to wait and see.

Yeah, the sarcasm is obvious, I mean, one of his first lines is "When I say it's horrible, does that mean it's a bad game? Absolutely." So yeah, I understand that. But it doesn't make him any less retarded. I couldn't handle watching the rest of the video. I don't know, maybe it's your cup of tea.
