I'd give this versionm of Gouki's theme a 8,5 out of 10. Don't get me wrong, it's a the best theme of his yet. But the clanking sound of the sword is totally out of character for a karate-ka, he's not a samurai. Could've been 9,5 if they subtitute it for something else or leave it be with no SFX...
