They just announced a new novel.  The premise of the novel is:

Centered on a woman from the earlier novels who has been taken in by the Quarian Flotilla.  Apparently it is listed to drop a couple of months prior to when we expect ME3 and appears to take place around a similar time.  I highly doubt this is coincidence, and wouldn't be at all surprised if the Quarian Flotilla is in the game.  Think about it, hundreds, perhaps thousands of ships (I can't remember exactly) ready to fight. I can't imagine Shepard won't try to recruit them.

And if the Flotilla is in the game, Tali will be in it too.  Wouldn't surprise me in the least if Shepard uses Tali to try and convince the Flotilla to join the fight.

I'd like to think that depending on who you romanced in ME2 affect your squadmates in ME3...Say if you romanced Ashley (Or anyone else) in ME1 but went ahead and fucked Miranda(or someone else) in ME2 Ashley will refuse to join your team in ME3
