Most people say Goku... but they generally aren't paying attention to the things Khan is talking about... and a few others.

Most of Goku's power is amp related... if he isn't expecting a fight...

Goku would win in less than a second. Even Vegeta was capable of destroying the whole earth with a single attack the first time he came to the earth and fought with Goku. Even that weak Vegeta would kill Superman with a single blow.

If Vegeta was able to do stuff like that even back then, imagine what Goku is capable of in SS4 mode. Superman would hit him with all his strength or shoot lasers from his eyes and Goku could stand still not giving a shit about it because it wouldn't even hurt him.

Remember the first time Goku transformed into a SS and evaded all of freezas lasers attack that when impacted the planet made big explosions and destroyed everything it hit? then he told Goku that had any of his attacks hit him he wouldn't have survived, Goku then told him to try, he stayed still, let the attack hit him in his forehead and all it did was make Gokus head lean back but didn't even hurt him? Well, Superman wouldn't even be able to do that to Goku.

Goku can stay still without even transforming into SS1 and let Superman hit him all he wants, his attacks wouldn't be much different than what Mr Satan could do to Goku.

I don't know if Superman can teleport, but if he can't and I was Goku I'd troll Superman and teleport him to a very distant planet and then come back to earth and if he somehow manages to come back, I'd do it again, haha, he'll spend all his life trying to come back xD.

It all depends of which era Superman you're talking about.  Silver age Superman could beat Goku effortlessly.  But the current age Superman would most likely lose.

They depowered him a lot through the ages to make it easier for writers to tell new things about him.
