You know, I've thought about it...and now, it suddenly has hit me.
I've always wondered about NotStan's role, ever before the 1st day started, when he posted his role on the mason board, but also about mine. Why? Because I'm Count Dooku. That makes no sense at all, I should be scum, but my role doesn't say anything about that. I was convinced that name =/= alignment all game, but I didn't say it because y'all were too quick to jump on Stan when he claimed Anakin, it wouldn't have helped me at all to do the same.
Now I've thought a bit more about it. We see that Linkz was Sidious, the starting Sith Lord, and Gnizmo was Maul, the starting Apprentice. Now, if you watched SW, when Maul is killed, Sidious gets a new apprentice, aka Dooku, aka me, aka Darth Tyranus. And after Dooku dies, he gets another one, aka Anakin, aka Darth Vader.
So, with this I think, that Stan and me were town (since both Anakin and Dooku were jedis at first), but they'd need to be recruited to the dark side, that is, the mafia. Hence, it functions like a cult.
Now, with Linkz dead on the first day, two things could either happen. Either his title was passed on to Maul, or the mafia would be royally screwed and unable to get any more. It could be that Gnizmo became the role and could "recruit", but we don't know if he did, but it's safe to assume he did, since he KNEW that NS was Anakin and thus could be recruited, he nameclaimed pretty early.
So, Gnizmo died last night, so if he recruited NS, he'd be the next lord...and next night he'd recruit me, since he knows I'm Dooku.
But...if we lynch him now....
