My theory is he is part of the mafia because I, myself, believe he ordered the attack on either me or radish. I have nothing to prove it except for a few posts from last game, and him not responding to any of my accusations since this day started. Coming to think about it, him not responding is kind of bizarre O_o You'd think he would defend himself ... almost as if he's paranoid and thinks I have some info on him. Maybe that's why he hasn't responded.

Scan or track you eh? Now you have already admitted to not killing every night so that could easily mean you would be at home regardless. Serial Killers also scan clean. This is something I have used to my advantage a couple of times in order to gain the towns trust. Interestingly though you seem to advocate going after town power roles which were protected.

So lets back up a minute here. We have a claim of a kill no one can verify. At least two people are trying to claim credit and glorify themselves. However, if this was some weird backfiring event no one could ever step forward and take credit for it without just getting lynched which seems counter productive. This becomes strikingly more relevant when you suddenly claim that your first target would have been protected and possibly survived any attack you would have made if you were a serial killer.

So what if the whole coming forward was just to cover your own ass? You have obviously not chosen your words very carefully. Instead you imply some form of night kill action, realize someone caught you and then tack on credit. Or maybe you saw an easy opportunity to get townies to side with you over a death everyone would be in favor of regardless of how it happened. Either way it is not really looking good.

The defense went exactly like I figured it would, and I am now comfortable with my decision. Taking out a serial killer would be much more advantageous than a mafia member. Fewer night kills is better right now. Especially since Radish has no one to go off of.

in fact, in my first game the serial killer did win.

Because the odds were you would end up killing one of us. Any insight into why you choose who you did gives us insight into which side you are really on. The more half-assed the reasoning the more likely it is you simply guessed at random knowing no one on your team would be hurt.

Prof usually goes off on every little detail of a post and he's acting quiet this round. The last 2 rounds Prof has been Town and acted agressive and tried to force people to get caught up in confusion. He's not even sucking up to you this round like last round. If he wanted you out he would have probably tried as soon as possible, right now you're taking up the town leader role. Prof usually has that role, and he hasn't asserted it this round for who knows what. Prof is willing to take "Gambits" so he may have called your bluff and targted you as mafia.
