Hatmoza.  The evidence is clear that you're not the only one in this game who's on the ball.  Don't get too full of youreself, and I'm sure we'll all be fine.  I wasn't looking for any kind of preemptive strike agianst you:  it's just that if ABC had had some kind of evidence you were taking credit where you shouldn't have, that would have been information worth having.

according to the mafia wiki for assassin :

• The version created by Dragon Phoenix is a Mafia Goon with the ability to make one or more daykills. It has also been used under other names.
• In mith's version, the Assassin recieves a target from the Mafia each night, and tries to get this player lynched. Another variant can have his vote bought several times during the game.

Hmm. So Clown supposedly got Link, that's good. I didn't see him do anything supposedly scummy yesterday. Any idea which role he could be?

The "Starting" implies a hierarchy amongst the Mafia which would suggest the presence of a Godfather role. What's strange though is that from all the Sith Lords in Star Wars, I would have placed Emperor Palpatine as the Godfather since he's the head of them all in the movies. I guess Hephaestos took some liberties with the theme.

Another option is that we're facing leveling-up roles like in the DBZ game then it would make more sense for Palpatine to be a "Starting Sith Lord".

So what are you? An assassin, a vigilante? What gave you enough confidence that Linkzmax was Mafia that you risked shooting him on Night One?

Here's how it was:

Hatmoza would have been protected, Radish was basically a confirmed townie by the end of the day, and Zexen was concerened with Hatmoza wanting protection which may have ment he himself had a good role. That's 3 people not to target, so I decided the best thing to do would to be target a lurker. Gniz and vetteman (when on) usually are pretty helpful in the discussion. Dsister was mafia last time and so was NotStan, so for night one I ruled them out. Metal_Gear and Linkz were lurking, so the best course of action rather than completely knock out a townie would be to go for a lurker who would not be missed the the discussion. Linkz was trying to basically force radish to roleclaim and jumped on the Bazaalmon lynch (who I did not think was mafia), so I decided on him. And just to my luck, he probably targted someone being protected and I killed him.
