FAT32 formatter worked for me for a 500GB drive (on Win7 32, haven't tried on Win7 64). damn small app but good and free.

Well... how do i Format into FAT32? I already have 2 partitions on my HD so Everything is good on that side xD

Easiest way to do it is on a Mac because then you can format as much HDD space as you want into FAT32. On Windows you can only convert 32GB to FAT32 (hence the 32 in FAT32) unless you download a special piece of SW like swissknife.


Just a nitpick but the 32 in FAT32 has nothing to do with the 32GB partition limit. That limit was only added in Windows XP (and the following versions) for performance reasons, it didn't exist in previous versions of Windows. And as you say you can easily bypass it by using a 3rd party utility.
