Looks better than R2 but still doesn't look too much like a graphical beast. After the disappointment R2 was, still not sure about the 3rd.

Last thing I want is yet more boss battles that feel more like technical demonstrations rather than.........boss battles.

No resistance 1 was a ps3 launch title had really bad graphics. Resistance 2 was rushed in my opinion and had really bad graphics especially in the online mode the graphics really suffered. Resistance 3 the graphics jump is really huge, and is one of the best graphics. IT really does look amazing. The 3 year development cycle did wonders for this game.

I though Resistance 1 and 2 were good but mostly mediocre games. Great concept for the plot and stuff but fairly generic gameplay. This however looks freaking awesome and a day 1 purchase. And graphically its damn impressive.
