In theory, one can drink from the age of five, as long as their parents let them, it's just purchasing of the substance is illegal, so it's fine if someone else supplies you.

But any way you look at it, that's a bit messed up, 12? That's kinda low. In UK it's 16, although you read in the newspapers every now and then that a 14 year old gives birth. What a load of shit, if it's not even reinforced, it's kinda hard to reinforce it too though. But seriously, unprotected sex at 11? Wtf?

At 11 all I wanted to do was play with toy cars/games, not go around spreading my demon seed onto the opposite gender.
