Sony, what are you thinking?

So they believe that they can charge a royalty from a cloud based server that is storing and streaming music that people alreay paid for?

So all of the cloud based storage solutions globally out there better get ready for a law suit that will be incoming.

How about my home sever that stores my music and that I can stream to my laptop or phone/mobile device anywhere in the world...  similar kind of thing.  Want a royalty sony?

It's just how far IP laws are being stretched lately.  Seriously, companies are acting batshit insane about it.  I mean, Micorosoft is trying to pass laws so that if any company related to a product used a pirated copy of excel then the final product can't be sold unless the final operator pays microsoft damages and a royalty even though there is no way the final company could know if some random supplier pirates excel.

ya, this country is becoming a police state more and more every day. Corporations run america, not the people.

Viva La Revolution! hopefully one day, soon.
