Forums - Sony - How well does Move work in Shooters?

Im thinking about picking up the Socom 4 full deplyment edition but im not sure if I will enjoy it or not. Do you guys think its more fun? Also how well does sharp shooter work?

Im creating this thread also because i found out today thet Resistance 3 will support sharp shooter and Move!

It works well and is enough fun that it will be my preferred way to play through Resistence 3. You do have to get used to it for a while. It takes some practice to get comfortable with turning while running around and figuring out where all the buttons are.

The lag is pretty much non existent (as long as you keep your tv on game mode ofcourse) but don't expect 1:1 behaviour. It's not the same as a light gun, you are still following a cursor around the screen. There is some drift so physically aiming at the same spot does not always put the cursor in exactly the same place.

Control wise I would say it's better then the dual shock, but not yet on the level of mouse kb.

IS GREAT BRO I WILL NEVER TOUCH THE DS3 AGAIN FOR MORE REAL INFO LOOK AT THIS VIDEO ON YOUTUBE THIS IS THE LINK   www.youtube.com/watch?v=JWF0yZCmpNo            .ALSO EVERY THING THAT SvennoJ POST IS TRUE

I played killzone 3 all the way through with move, and it works great. I will be using for every game that supports it from now on, I hate the dam joysticks way of moving the cursor. The move is closer to how a mouse works. I bought the sharpshooter but honestly didn't care for it that much. I wanted to, It's well designed, but holding it for long periods is fatiguing. The shoulder stock doesn't fit me well, you can't really aim down the sites and then throw a gernade or press any other buttons quickly at the same time. I prefer to just hold the motion controller and move resting my wrists on my legs while sitting on my big comfy couch.
