It's true thus far there are no region codes but there are regions for blu-ray however America and Japan are in the same region(hurrah!) the one bad thing is... developers could in theory create region blocking via software... so buyer beware. On the colors White is alright Black is Classic I was really hoping for Silver when I see it I'm gonna re-buy a PS3

I'm type from a MacBook Pro, and it shits on every other PC I've ever owned. Nothing beats OS X, NOTHING!!! The Core 2 Duo in this thing runs Windows XP faster than other PC only laptops too, that is something to behold!!!

i will tell you summert about the cpu in your mac its made by intel, it is now the same as whats in a pc, most of the macbooks have the same Intel GMA graphics cpu in them aswell and they have the same memory as well, so i dont see how they can be faster when there the same

I am not a retard, I know all of this. For some reason, when tested Macs seem to like running Windows a step quicker than PC laptops. I've seen a few articles where they put the two head 2 head! Don't give me a lesson on CPU manufacturers, jesus.

thats strange cause there is a program on tele for an hour and they compared mac's and pc and the pc won on almost everything, the tested the time to load programs time for photoshop to do effects on photos. only thing mac won on was looks,

oh, a "program on tele", sounds reliable. Anyways, I don't really care, clearly your bias would never let you believe it anyways, even if I could find links to the year old articles. I have a PC too, obviously for gaming, but for everything else the Mac wins hands down when it comes to ease of use, functionality, reliability, and just overall design and esthetics. Those who don't own Mac will never appreciate them for what they are, and I'm not going to waste my time trying to convince someone.

Anyways, have a goodnight, I am waaaaay tired and need to catch some sleep, because my Packers got a big game against the Bears tomorrow. We need to win to try and secure home field advantage throughout the playoffs, WOOP WOOP!

Yeah, PS3s are region free. However, some games may be altered (I believe that Uncharted on Japanese consoles lacks the (rather bad looking) blood effects).
