Honestly I don't think it's ever "Weird" to be a virgin. Its admirable in most cases.

Agreed. I think the better question would be why do people rush to sex? Why is there so much pressure and why do so many people think its wierd if you go through your teenage years keeping your virginity?

Why do people can't wait to go to parties? Can't wait for driving a car, can't wait for getting drunk the first time? Etc... Some people don't really find a reason to live for so they pursue happiness doing what the marjority of the community does , those kind of people who also can only be happy if they have the same like the rest or more..

Up until 25 I would say that it is probably not that unusual, at 30 to 35 it would be pretty rare, and I would see it being very weird for someone over 40 ... In particular, for people who did not belong to some religious order (like the priesthood).

Depends on the person and their beliefs. There's no single answer.

24 and on...

what if you've never been lucky in the ways of love? Some people can't easily find that someone. I guess you can pay for a prostitute like I did,but not every one is lucky in that area.

Did you ever have sex with a woman who wasn't a prostitute?

Well... What if you don't get married until later in life? The average marriage age in the USA is something like 26 for men and 27 for women. If at least some of those people keep their virginity until marriage, then it shouldn't be considered odd to be a virgin past college.

Oh, I'm definitely planning in staying a virgin until I get married, so probably mid to late 20s, at least.

It's not weird to be a virgin, though...(I'm conservative, so I'm biased, but I don't get why people think that sex is an integral part of the teenage years. Heck, I barely know what it is. And somehow, I'm okay with that)

Well, we sure have a future teenage parent on our hands.

We'll be seeing. Since you don't even know what sex is, you probably won't even know it when you'll do it.

Seriously though, you don't know how sex works? I knew how sex worked at the age of 13. Heck, I knew more about birth control at that age then my parents.

I sorta' know how it's supposed to work, but not really. I don't know anything about female anatomy concerning the lower abdomen, so...Not a big deal, though, since it won't affect me anytime soon. I don't like getting touched. I don't even like hugging, so I doubt that anyone will ever be able to make me do anything.

I'm one of the proud and few, huh? Most people know how it works when they're in middle school, don't they? I'm almost a senior in high school. Lots of girls think that it's great that I, you know...actually look at their face when I'm speaking to them. Actually, all of my friends are girls...
