It's still not confirmed guys... those could be FMV in the game, which could lead to a PSP game even. Don't jump the gun. There is no need to over-analyze everything.

how can you even see the second one well enough.. it is way to small to make any valid comparison.. i'm not saying i deny or accept its on any given console, i just mean don't set yourself up for a disappointment
Yeah, I agree with tabsina. It's really too small to make a judgement call. Just wait it out and see what happens. I agree that the Wii is very likely (obviously they intend to make lots of Tales Wii games), but there is no reason you can't wait for more information.
I'm going with DS or Wii. People saying 360/PS3 aren't keeping up, Namco said awhile back that the DS would be the main platform for Tales games for the foreseeable future, with this favoritism trickling down to the Wii as well. Looks like there's still a PSP game to be had, but I think that's the Destiny 2 port announced back with ToDR Director's Cut, ToS-R, and Innocence.
