Wow sucks to be from Florida. Honestly though did BP warn people to stay out of the water and such? BP should be paying each and every person with life changing problems at least a mill in compensation if not a monthly cheque of like 1,000$ for the rest of their lives. Theirs no reason BP should get away with all these people's misery.

I think each case should be investigated and where ever it is found that the oil spill was indeed responsable for their problems. Each person should recieve financial compensation. That compensation shouldn't come from the US Gov it should come from BP.

With rising oil prices BP should have more then enough money to compensate at least a 1,000 people with a million each! If this turns out to be tens of thousands then BP should go bankrupt if nescessary to pay these people the compensation they deserve.

Pay for their medical treatment and take care of them. I know that aid homes in Canada cost like 700$ a month. Where their are nurses their 24/7 to take care of you and you get food and everything prepared for you. These people need to be taken care of and recieve the treatment they deserve!
