You can go through the 15 pages of tests or just see results below. Looks like IE9 doesn't "suck" right now. Infact it seems to be kicking other browsers ass when it comes to performance, speed and memory efficiency. But with Firefox 4 coming out soon, and MS being known for long product update wait times...for how long will it not suck?

about 0 dollars, MS doesnt pay people as much as you think, you know this don't you. IE9 is extremely quick

Its quick, but not FF4 or Chrome 10 quick.

And I love how TH used Acid3 as a test. FireFox will never get a 100/100 because Mozilla will never use the type of font that Acid3 wants. And that's because it looks better.

Just stick with testing browsers with HTML5 test (beta since it tests more), V8, Krakin, and Sunspider.

I have to use Chrome because i am learning WebGL and HTML5 all chrome supported. 

besides IE fell So far behind and let Chrome, Firefox etc gain so much market share there is little hope people are suddenly going to run to IE9. 

but i have Internet explorer anyways so i might as well download it.

i just downloaded it, i feel no difference in speeds since i cant really notice the millisecond difference. 

The layout is extremely improved over the horrible layout that was past IE's, but the for home and refresh are just dam to small compared to chrome for example. 

I'll still stick with chrome since I'm sure IE9 still isn't better.

FireFox 4 supported WebGL and WebM. It also supports HTML5.

IE9 is getting an extension that supported WebGL/M.

Safari and IE9 do support broken HTML5.
