Whats with all the hate? They have good plans, good phones, good service (no one has complained about the service). Whats with all the hate? When and why did Verizon become a favorite? I see so much internet hate towards att but why?

their network sucks. only reason their 4G network is any good is because they are using the same technology as Verizon. The 3G was garbage.

I absolutly hated their customer service. I had no problem with the phone service. But I do not think I will switch from verizon, they are great so far.

lol no one has complained about their service?  Until I went with AT&T I very rarely had dropped calls.  Now I frequently have dropped calls.  I had two today and I only made three calls.

If I wasn't grandfathered into the unlimited data plan I would have already dropped them and if my current iPhone worked with Verizon I would have already dropped them (since I have FiOS TV and internet anyways) but sadly I'm stuck with them for a while.

I really can't wait to be through with AT&T, they're just so bad.

Oh, and my experience with the 3G has been pretty garbage, though I've never really had any other 3G so I have nothing to compare it to.  I just know using my iPhone 4 Safari or Google Maps is a waste of time when I'm on 3G.

Oh, and good plans?

Please, having to pay more for 200MB or 2GB and then more for overages is ridiculous.  It doesn't cost them anything more to provide you with 200MB or 2GB.  Bandwidth is not a limited resource and it's stupid that they treat it as such.
