Well, technically he's still working on the final chapter. BUT, as you'll see from the link and various other sources around the web, a firm release date has been set -- July 12th, in both the US and UK.
FINALLY. I have been reading these books since 2002. That is long time to wait for more Tyrion, Jon, and Dany.
