I'm not sure how accurate this study is but ... 30% of 2B is 0.6B.  this of course assumes there is not price descrepancy between games and other apps on average.

Faster graphics as in better graphics? I highly doubt it's 9x more powerful than the iPad. Apple likes to be ambiguus, that's for sure.
