my 20th wedding anniversary is coming up and I've decided to get a wireless headset from the wifey, but I don't know that much about it. 

Will all wireless headset work with xbox 360, t.v., and computer?

Noise reduction is important and it would be nice if it had a mic as well, but i don't know if the make one.

which one do you prefer? or recommend?  

And I am willing to get off the strike and get a Sony brand as well.

battery life is at 8 hours - wonder how long it'll take to charge it.  Might be frustrating if the batteries run out in the middle of a movie.
