Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception: More Info Arises

The translation is a little rough but when it comes to Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception, we're willing to take what we can get.

Evidently, new gameplay details have popped up in the PS3 Inside forum, and they're well worth discussion, even if they're not 100% accurate: firstly, there's the mention of "organic" levels and environments, and those amazing character animations will be "adapted to the environment." So in other words, Drake will move differently when sidling along a wall or moving through a rubble-strewn building. Secondly, it seems the stealth element will be quite prominent, as the chances of sneaking up behind opponents "will be improved drastically." Thirdly and lastly, it appears there will be great incentive to go online after playing through the campaign; with the money earned in Story mode, players can use that cash to purchase weapons and upgrades for online multiplayer action.

We've heard Naughty Dog talk about those upgraded animations, and we also know about their continued focus on character realism and authenticity. ...the bottom line is that Uncharted 3 should be jaw-dropping.

Sweet. I hope they go crazy on improving gameplay: gameplay mechanics, gameplay additions, and fun factor.

Also really, really, really hoping they put significant effort into their multiplayer. They have the potential to create one of the best online multiplayer experiences available (U2 is already my favorite multiplayer). They need to to go all out. If they nail the multiplayer like they nailed the campaign in U2 (and U3 I'm sure), the sales (and just the plain love) for this game will be immense.

i hope they improve multiplayer

The improved stealth element sounds great and the adaptable Drake to different environments sounds like it will create a much deeper gameplay experience - will be watching this title progress.

I hope these rumors are true, cuz it sounds bloody fantastic!

Sounds good, but I think I will be boycotting most Uncharted info so I can get the full experience this fall !

according to CGI to much of a good thing could kill you, and if thats true then death ensues on 11-1-11 and i will be the first of the dead to comeback on that day.

Sounds great and im also going to try to boycott anything regarding UC3 to get the full experience and be in "awe" once i see it for the first time.
