I microphone wouldn't actually be that bad of an idea, it'd help connect the community together better, not to mention would still be pretty cheap, a camera may be pushing it though.

I was thinking for gameplay applications, but it would make sure that every PS4 buyer had a mic for online play.

and SONY looked to make a new Controller for PS3 but it was rejected by Fans so there used the same one as the last 2 Gens.

Sony is looking at new controller types all the time.

Which is why I pointed out the Move/Nav, Xperia Play and and NGP. Another would also be the PSP Go.

Even if it's still a few years away, why not get the generate ideas now. Maybe Sony will see threads like this or discussions and use us as a starting point or maybe what we talk about becomes a finalized concept on the controller.
