I've watched a few episodes but it really didn't catch my attention. If it's on Netflix then I will possibly give it another go at it to see if I can't get into it.

Says a guy named Rainbow Yoshi.

I don't see how anyone could not laugh at some parts of Glee. Sue Sylvester is great and some of her insults are fucking hilarious and pretty biting. While some of the situations are stale or just lost on me, the writers proved they still have some great ideas with the Justin Beiber parody.
I suspect that most of the people who hate on the show haven't watched it or are too immature to cop to watching a show that doesn't involve guns or tits.
With that said, even I want to shove my head in an oven when they start singing for too long, especially if it's a Broadway tune or some shit like that.

I watched the first two episodes a few weeks back and didn't hate it, but I also didn't really like the it.
(Just for the record: I love many old musicals, i.e. from the 30s to the late 60s, and I also liked the Fame movie and TV show, but modern equivalents of musicals or musical TV shows often disappoint me)

Glee is awesome and I really love the series.
Been watching it since the first episode came out, and while there are a lot of cringe-worthy situations in almost all episodes, there are also ton of pretty well thought and executed moments too.
Sue Sylvester is an amazing character with Jane Lynch doing an amazing job in pulling her lines, especially the ones targetted at Schuester.
Also, I love how they work some of the classical songs, althought there have been quite a few odd mash-ups here and there. Plus, since both me and my GF have followed Lea's career since Spring Awakening, it's quite astounding to see the amount of talent she bring to the series. Her rendition of "Don't rain on my parade" is one of the best musical moments on a TV series, ever.

Grilled Jesus. Just watched that episode, like weeks later, pretty good :p.
