Who agrees? Please do not turn this into a bashing and/or flaming thread or fanboy battle. Keep it simple and clean.

Personally I would have to disagree with the decision. I have played both games and from a certain standpoint they do not even fall into the same category. Of course both of them are racing games, NFS is a pure racing game and it delivers on thrill and excitement. On the otherhand GT5 is more than a racer and we cannot ignore the fact that it is referred to as  "The Real Driving Simulator". The game teaches you about the cars, the way they handle and react under different circumstances etc.

I can understand why they chose NFS HP, although I feel GT5 deserves a little more love as  it is one of a kind.

 ModNation Racers is better then need for speed and split second, but not one of them touch GT5.
