yeah sounds like planetside - in that game you had 3 fractions and took over bases. It was a very fun game with different classes, land and air vehicles, a nice command structure that demanded team work and ofcourse a large population - but there was not much lasting depth or any on going storyline.
I hope there is more to this one then just base taking and shooting.
