Hi all,

I switched on my Xbox 360 (haven't in a while, I haven't had time to game much lately) and downloaded the latest update.

Now, whilst the Xbox 360 seems to work fine, the screen constantly flashes in and out. As though the Xbox 360 is only intermittently sending a feed to the television.

I have checked the cords are plugged in, but to no avail.

Thoughts? Help please

Don't worry guys. Switched down from 1080i to 720p.

Have no idea why that fixed it, or what the problem was. I've used 1080i for around five years now...

Just a warning but I had a similar thing a couple of years ago before I got an E74 error. It may be nothing like you say(fingers crossed!) but you never know.
