Didn't like the demo at all. I usually prefer tense and deep story driven games, this doesn't provide one ounce of that for me. Feels to me as something created for "cool" teen males, thus it will probably sell better on the 360 than on the PS3.
The game tries to be funny a la Duke Nukem, but falls so much short in this regard for me as well. IMO Duke Nukem had some kind of charismatic DNA and bad-ass atmosphere this game lacks completely in its characters and general approach. But to a lesser degree IMO Gears of War also lacks in this regard and that's considered to be a top game by the industry. Gears of War does feel much more immersive to me than this (but still overhyped with its short juvenile campaign and pretty limited online capabilities people, together with their online gaming friends, need to pay extra for to get more out of it).
Technically the game engine seems to be running OK (unlike for example Mass Effect 1), just doesn't appeal to me at all.
