Well I'm glad your enjoying the game! Because I have yet to actually touch Mass Effect 2, let alone the original Mass Effect! I have such a backlog of games it's not even funny. This past Christmas season has sucked my wallet dry and time lol

Already finished Mass Effect 2 on PC and I LOVED IT, but I plan to buy Mass Effect 2 on PS3 soon and play the shit out of it since I'd prefer to finish the trilogy on the PS3 ^_^

I got skills lol.  I went from Liara to Jack to Tali to Kelly lol  I was so close to boning Samara a couple of missions later but I picked the wrong choice by accident  :P  I could have boned Morinth too but I saw on YouTube what that orgasm does.  Who knew eye sex could give you the orgasm of your life? lol  And I know!  I thought you could get it on from the beginning but it seems you have to wait till the end.  "I am Commander Shepard and Kelly is my favorite whore on the Normandy." 

This thread inspired me to finally play as an evil Shepard. My first playthrough on my 360 was as a goody man Soldier (love the assault rifle). Now I have to force myself to play as the evil shepard infiltrator just to have different experience, it'ss funny I don't want to be a cocky dick, but I want the achievements and to have a slightly different experience with the game. The game is great and I'll have a a good and bad character to start out with as the trilogy closes!!!

best ammo in the game is Warp Ammo. Its jack's power-up.

I think Miranda's power up is the best.  I love flinging opponents into the air and slamming them into the ground.  If they get up I just use Heavy Charge and shoot their face off with my shotgun.

My first playthrough was about  a year ago.  I played it on "normal".  It was pretty fun but it wasn't very challenging.  Now I'm doing my "Insanity" plathrough.  Before when I played, I'd see a Krogan and shoot the hell out of them without a second though.  Now, when I see a Krogan, I think "HOLY SHIT" and my entire crew runs for their lives and we plot how to take that tough bastard out.  I'm really having to put a lot of thought into my upgrades, my crew, their weapons, and which armor I wear.  My love for this game has been elevated to another level.  It's got a depth that I didn't appreciate the first time through.

Yeah, the game's a bit tough on Insanity at first, but once you get through the a bit of it then it's not too bad. I think the Collector's Ship was the hardest part and after that it was smooth sailing for me. (ProTip: use the Cain on the later ship to take out the core with one shot ;-p )

Oh and I booted up the Japanese copy of Mass Effect 2 that I bought for my gf and hey the Achievements are separate from the Achievements on my Western copy of the game! (I have 100% on ME2) So later I can play the game again and get achievements again for ME2 JP, haha. Awesome. That's why I have two listings for ME2 in my "gamercard"

(I only need 1 more achievement on ME1 to have 100% as well!)

meanwhile i have questions:

-1- are their many side missions, ones with stroes?

-2- is the world like da:o, can you go and talk to people in towns and go to shops?

-3- can you skip cutscenes(would help replayability, i hate watching familiar cut scenes.)
