Well Nintendo has stated it was their third best week after the launch and other one (christmas I suppose ) and it has been selling out since launch there (or so some around here tell so ) .So we must assume it has been doing worse that 25K weekly for all the year .How much worse we dont know .

X360 has in UK its biggest (and nearly only profitable ) european market ,and Easter gifts have no doubt increased their sales also .

Having that in count we must assume the amount of hardware sold weekly is more around the 8K consoles for X360 and 15K for the Wii .PS3 hasnt been around enough time to see trends ,we can only say that 225K in 3 weeks  is a strong number and 17K weekly isnt any bad either .

I would've thought 17k is a decent number considering the pop. of the UK is 60million. Sony should be worried if it quickly drops below 10k. You have to remember that a lot of PS2 owners are casual gamers and will wait for a price drop and for their favourite titles (PES and the like) before they consider upgrading.

As for it being the Wii's 3rd biggest week. Wow! They ship more consoles and Wiis are still going for hugely inflated prices on ebay. Crazy demand!
