the article is a good read. we can import our da:o save file, theirs a new map, new skill tree, and now party members cant leave your party, they will be marked as friend or rival, and you can still have physical relations with them even if they are a rival. also people from da:o and the dlc are returning.

Sounds like much better than the first one which was basically a watered down Oblivion with touches of Witcher and ME. Looking forward to it.
