Unfortunately not many bands come to Mexico and if they come, the tickets are very overpriced. I doubt Dir en grey ever comes to Mexico :(

| Jammy2 said: Nine Inch Nails destroyed Muse's live performance when I saw them (Reading 06 for Muse, Reading 07 for NIN). Muse were a huge let-down for me, but that was more the fact they played so much off Absolution and BHAR, leaving OoS and Showbiz to rot. Ever since they got the 4th guy to help with the live show it's never felt the same. |
In 06? You got owned. I've seen them in 05 and 06 multiple times and they always played Sunburn, New Born, Plugin Baby and Showbiz. And they did play more from the 1st (Showbiz) and 2nd (Origins of Symetry) CDs too. These are the ones I clearly remember they playing on all 5 concerts I attended.
EDIT: I also went to a NiN concert (in 07) with Bauhaus opening and Bauhaus was better than NiN... was disappointed with NiN live. Maybe because it was on a large open arena, not sure. Was expecting much better.
NIN = Meh, i saw them once they were ok, just didnt like them that much....
You people don't know what good ol' Rock 'n' Roll is!

Best gigs I ever saw:
Green Day in '95, Weezer in '00, Guns n Roses '92
Best gigs Ive seen in the last few years:
Metallica Wembley '07 (AJFA oh yes!!), Presidents Of the USA '05, Brian Wilson '04
Iced Earth were great live, I could listen to that guy shred all day even though their songs leave me a little bit bored sometimes.
Worst gigs ever: The last 5 or 6 Green Day gigs Ive seen since 2000. Weezer in 2001 was pretty bad too.
PS. That is the weirdest damn Clash list I ever saw. Did you just get into them last week by any chance? If so, you're in for a treat....

Jesus christ. I didn't know The Clash could be snorted these days.
In regards to the original topic: that looks like one boring live show. The band itself isn't doing that much, they just have a bunch of lights.
