Well yes but then there are so many other miniseries one could watch! And they are all as good as this one.

But yeah I'm sure everybody could love "The Pillars of the Earth" miniseries.

i watched it here in the Uk,it was on before chrimbo

i liked it as i enjoy these type of serials,it was fun and entertaining set in a good time period the anarchy,who doesn't like manipulating cardinals,back stabbing royals and a witch in the forest in a story all set around a build of a cathedral

the book was very popular apparently and certain towns in england get holiday makers turning up trying to find kingsbridge cathredral,alas it isn't real though

Show, soap, sitcom;..Everything on tv that is with actors and is not a movie....(that is why it is nominated for best mini-Series)

Miniseries are very much like movies, though.

Actually they wanted to make a movie at first but they realized they wouldn't have enough time to tell the story in 2 hours so they decided to make a miniseries instead (which is usually 8 hours or so).

Is my sarcasm detector overly sensitive or is everyone else's broken?
