actually my friend is having the same problem his 250gig normal slim freezes at the start screen where it reads x360. I hope this isn't something thats gonna become common after a year or 2 like rrod cause i dont want my halo reach slim to fail since i imported it so it isnt under warranty

maybe he gave it you because of that problem :P

I had that same problem with my old fat 360 but me and my bro ripped it apart and fixed it in 2ish hours and it worked just fine after.

And i'm fairly certain my Halo Reach isn't getting RROD because it can't (its one of the new slim one's)

Anyone have or heard of slim 360's having trouble at all?

just to note something maybe you didn't understand. RROD is not gone on the new slim 360. The rings are gone, but the same error can still happen. However, when it happens, it is simply a red dot instead of a ring. The new term could be called RDOD if you choose, but they still can get the same errors.

I've never had it freeze there before....hopefully reinstalling Ilomilo will fix my problems.  

And I hope your Halo Reach slim 360 doesn't have any problems either!

yeah i hope so. He did though abuse his 360 because we import 360 from america to here, since we use 220volt and the american 360 is 110 we use a transformer instead he forgut and put it right into the socket so the his whole home electricity went off and the 360 wouldnt work he fixed it but now its having the freezing problem. I dont think the 220volt thing hurt it much cause the power brick has to use a fuse so it blew up preventing damage to the 360 im not sure however if the power brick is well since he fixed it and didnt buy a new one.
