That may have been a better idea, but I'm learning quite a bit in this thread.

The fact that the thread in question was reported when multiple "red names" were online and nothing happened is interesting.  I would not have guessed that was the case.

More than any of the other mods on this site. The other mods come on later and some mods are on and off, and you really don't see them until a week or month. Thats sad, ioi you need mods that is on your site 24/7 and you know VGChartz is hitting into the prime now.

So you can more than likely expect more attacks against this site and more trolls and fake accounts than before.

When I showed up there were 12 reports in regards to this thread, so I took appropriate actions.

If you think my actions were too harsh, then that's too bad that you feel that way, but I used my discretion as a mod to do what I thought was best and I stand by that.

If you feel that a response did not come quick enough, then on behalf of us mods, I apologize, but really, we're just like you, We're human beings with lives, and we're not paid to moderate this site. We just do it because we want to help out and ioi determined that we'd be fair. And I can safely say that's what we are. Fair mods who do what they can and do a damn good job of doing it. There are a lot of other forums out there in which that thread would not have even been locked.


Now if the problem is that you don't want GGE to be banned. Then grow up! It really is sad that all you have to do on this site to be loved is claim to be a girl and start some threads about sex. GGE has amost never contributed anything of worth to this forum, and I was being quite light handed when I only made her ban for a week.

Anyways... Where's bod with some hugs?

That's pretty much all I did and because the posts were blank I couldn't see why. I did jump to a conclusion and assume all the posts had been edited which was my mistake, but is it really wrong to wonder what a poster did to get banned?

Edit: stof you are awesome so I'm not questioning your actions (at least not now that I know you didn't edit all the contents). I'm not arguing you decision either, I just wanted to see what prompted it. ...and your avatar scares me.
