Do you mean Kingdom hearts 3??? If so then yea i hope it is announced. I also would be very happy if kojima would announce Zone of the enders 3. It has been way overdue.

Kingdom Hearts 3 exclusivly for the 360 would be yet another stupid decision for Square.

was this announcement before "avatar kinect" ? or could they be talking about the new games coming to live, like that new one that has sold 800k on the pc?

Dont think so he tweeted on the 9th that he is heading to NYC later this week. Avatar Kinect was announced last week at CES a few days before that tweet. Something else happening in NYC this week.
