Its probably in relation to hardcore games; people are worried that if MS leans on their Kinect line-up for 2011 they won't release enough controller games in the new year.

Its a valid concern if you don't own Kinect, but probably not one that should be given much thought. MS would be foolish to stop feeding their hardcore fan base-- Nintendo did it at the very beginning before there were large install bases and there was major backlash. They wised up, but it took a while.

I just want Mechwarrior 5 and Duke Nukem Forever. And Dead Space 2.



GOTY Contestants this year: Dead Space 2, Dark Souls, Tales of Graces f. Everything else can suck it.

The way I see it knowing MS, sorry for those who don't have Kinect yet, but if you want to get the best games for the 360 in a year or so, you will need to have one.

Considering the last two years hardly bought anything to the plate, I would be hardly surprised if 360 didn't get any non-kinect exclusive other than Gears of war 3 and forza 4. We might see another Halo though, its there every year, Halo 3 Halo wars ODST Reach blah blah blah(where blah stands for future halo games)

What's funny/ironic about that is that all the 360 owners complaining about the attention Kinect is getting are basically going to get more of what they've been getting between the 1st party games MGS has announced and the known 3rd party multi's that are coming.  Basically MS is giving them what they say they want AND what they've been getting this gen.  Kinect is getting the newer, experimental stuff, since its obvious those types of gamers don't want anything really new or experimental.

Yet people still complain ...

Crackdown 2, Splinter Cell, Alan Wake, Fable III, Halo: Reach and Mass Effect 2.

Granted some are 3rd party and going multi (ME2), but they did put effort in this year.

Kingdoms and XCOm are already coming along with Forza 4 and Gears 3, a possible Halo remake, and something else, would be acceptable for 360 in 2011.

360 core exclusives titles will never be the same amount as PS3 given how many studios Sony have.
