Ok, now I feel SORRY for this game.  Really???  You want to put THOSE kinds of expectations on it???

Only chance it could happen is if EMEAA and Americas embrace the game like CRAZY, because the Japanese have pretty much proven this gen that they have little interest in new IP's on consoles.

First of all the game MUST BE GREAT, not good, not pretty good, but Great, I think Sakaguchi"s name might be an influence for the japanese to buy this game, Second Nintendo must push it, In Japan, EMEEA, AND Americas, I for one do believe this game will do 1 mill plus in Japan, now the rest of the world I'm concerned, I don't see America as a big profit land for JRPGS, oh well, I'll buy it day one thats for sure.

The last story selling big? Yeah no, Only if the game can appeal to 5-95 years old. Though also have a muiltplayer /co op mode. Only than will I expect any big sales
