Hey, I've been working my ass off for the past three months creating a webcomic universe... I have dozens of pages plotted, characters sketched, and stories outlined. I've started the first short story already but the main book has yet to start (though you can see a test page that was ultimately scrapped).

Take a peek and let me know what you think about ANYTHING; the comic (what little is there), the site design, navigation, layout, whatever. I'm using a different approach to reading the comic that resulted into a lengthy argument over at a webcomic creator site. They don't like me much; apparently I'm quite opinionated. Who knew?

You guys are kind of the wheelhouse for which I'm swinging so I thought posting it up here and getting feedback would be a smart thing to do.

Kinda shocked your avatar was one of the Characters... honestly due to the messed up low resolution of avatars I thought he had a pig nose and was a superhero styles avatar ha.

Looking at a bigger version of the picture though I see that's not the case.

Ahahahah, yes. I could see how that pic might look like he has a pig nose.

Actually, that guy is about the only one in a "superhero" costume. Everybody else just looks like a normal dude/ette.

More content is definitely on the way... working out the details for the first script and finishing up page three of the first short story. I hope to get the "real" book's cover and first page finished shortly after the first of the year.

Wow, I will definately follow up with the first issue, looks like a whole lot of work has been put into it. Sorry if that doesn't suffice for feedback but everything looks intune.

Thanks, just seeing if you guys find the site navigation and all that intuitive and if it looks presentable to the public.

It's all a ton of work, that's for sure. It's been months just to get to this point.

I checked the site, yesterday.  Like someone else in this thread posted, there isn't really much there yet.  I'll be checking periodically to see how the universe forms but as it stands, I can't really form an opinion based on a couple of pages and such.  I can only imagine how much work must fo into such an undertaking but you have my support.

Heh, fair enough. I just finished a draft of the first script (good lord, I forgot how long writing takes). Just the first story arc outline and a draft of the first issue was a 20 hour chore. I had to revise the outline 3-4 times because the story was dragging (I have a tendency to lean toward introspection a bit too much, need to push for SOME action). Over the weekend, I want to finish the short story (two more pages) and revise the first issue's script so I can start drawing fer realz. Overall pages written for the universe has to be around 50 pages now. It's becoming a damned novel just to get the thing up and running.

I'll keep posting in this thread as I update the site more so you can follow it.

And I just realized that I haven't even come up with a cover idea yet. I keep pushing it back in favor of finishing other stuff. /facepalm

Damn it.

I'll subscribe to the twitter feed sometime today.  That way it'll be easy for me to keep up with new additions to your site.  Hoping for great things, man!
