I see your PotC2 End Credits and raise you a Jack Sparrow (yes, part of it is in there, but I love the whole song!).
As for my own choice... Well, I have a lot. But here's one that I really love. It's from Warhawk. I highly recommend the whole soundtrack, actually.
If we're going to be posting pieces from movies, John Williams is impossible to look over.
He had composed for such a wide breadth of films; has produced some of the most iconic theme's in film; and has had several pieces become so closely linked with specific genres that we often associate whole genres with his specific themes.
My favourite has to be, after careful thought, the Indiana Jones Theme - 'The Raiders March'. So memorable, sets the mood perfectly, just so... adventurous!
