In cases like this, it's always best to wait and see what comes out in court.  Anything can get thrown around in the press.

Olbermann, Fox News, Newscorp on the radio, and numerous others in the blogosphere, are NOT journalists (throw Michael Moore in the mix to). They are all partisan spinmeisters who make their living spinning  slanted view of reality to partisans who rely on such spinning to hold their view of reality together.

@Kasz. Innocent till proven guilty, let the courts decide whether or not he is a rapist rather than assuming that he is either guilty or not. Because if he is a rapist then he has committed a terrible crime, if he has been falsely accused then a terrible crime has been committed against him.
