Never played any of the game in the series  but I can't wait to try it. Does anybody know is Square Enix plans on releasing the first two parasite eve games on psn before the third game come out.

Looks pretty damn shmexy i must say ^^Seriously though if they put it in hd those cutscene's could be based o as a mid range ps3 game O_O the lip syncing is redunculas O_O

They've already released them on the JP PSN: http://www.andriasang.com/e/blog/2010/10/25/parasite_eve_psn_date_set/ 

But so far, there isn't a confirmation about a Western localization for them. Maybe as we get closer to the release date of 3rd Birthday, we'll hear more news about it.

How is the gameplay or everything else in 3rd Birthday related to anything Final Fantasy? o.o

That's the same as saying that Parasite Eve 2 was Resident Eve 2, since it was more close to what the Resident Evil games did than what the original Parasite Eve was.
