It's winter.

Honestly, who here thinks winter STARTS on December 21?  Even if you don't get covered in record-shattering snowfalls (triple, yes, TRIPLE the previous record for that day), I doubt you reckon the cold season doesn't really start till Christmas. 

While I'm at it, let me showcase the curious nature of snow dunes. 

I have NOT cleared off my car in any way yet.  Also, the area shown below (bottom half of first picture) was NOT shoveled.  The wind just naturally cleared an area around it:

This is the second really big snow of the year.  This one was worse because it's 0°F right now (-18°C) with a -22° (-30°) windchill. 

How about you guys?  Any horror stories yet this year? 

Shoveling was very not fun, but I bundled up and stayed surprisingly warm.
