Ragebot living in Israel knows a lot more than anyone who disputes him on this. I'm sorry but he is privy to more information via his own eyes and the multiple media sources in Israel than any of us living outside of Israel will ever have.

As for these ridiculous comments equating Israel to Nazi Germany and the Gaza Strip as another Auschwitz. please cite your sources where there Palestinians are dying by the droves of mass starvation and thirst. All I hear from the US is Gaza being dirt poor in comparison to a lot of Israel.

I'm with Ragebot on this one just like I would trust the word of a military general over some journalist who has a deep seated loathing for the military. One is on the inside knowing what goes on day-to-day, while the other is on the outside getting their "news" from their sources and concocting their story with all their petty biases and loathing laced in the tone and wording of the "news."

I wouldn't trust someone who adheres to a religion that says he and his people have a dvine right to some land.

You.... don't know Ragebot very well do you?  I mean, had you actually read Ragebot's comments before deciding on your opinion of him... like say...

"The fact that you don't know shit about Israel, like the fact that many, many citizens here despise the way the "leaders" of the jewish religon act, and their followers, does not make you right."

You've got to stop jumping to unfounded conclusions.

My bad. I misread the post.

I didn't see the "just like" part before "I would trust", and didn't realsie it was a compariosn. I thought Ragebot was an Israeli army general, and that's why I made that comment.

I'd still not trust the general over the journalist though.

The caveat in my post was a journalist with a deep seated bias against an institution, in this case I used the military. If those who are responsible to give an objective, fair view of the story cannot hold back their biases via the tone and semantics of their news articles or if I know they have them by Googling them, then I don't trust the word of the messenger.

For example, I give more trust to Reuters, CNN, AP, and BBC News than Fox News, MSNBC, and DemocracyNow! because I know from watching and reading their news that they try to uphold some journalistic standards, while Fox News, MSNBC, and DemocracyNow! constantly mash news and entertainment together with talking heads who have definite political leanings they cannot or will not hide because their viewerbase watches them just for their "point of view."

I apologize for not making it clearer.

I get that, but someone who is an army general automatically has an even grater bias, and is not trustworthy.
