it's an achievement called Crass Menagerie, you have to kill each of the 6 "special" infected.

It's an achievement that is earned by killing one of each uncommon infected, each can be found in one campaign.
Dead Center= infected in fireproof suits
Dark Carnival= clowns
Swamp Fever= mudmen
Hard Rain= construction workers
