I have the 360 version. The game is on two discs, both the dark brown color of the GOTY cover. The booklet is the same from standard Oblivion- light beige and no mention of GOTY edition anywhere on the front of it.

The PS3 Platinum Hits PAL version seems to say Game of the Year Edition on it.  It is also a darker color like the disc/cover.

I get it. You want to help out another European or PS owner, but you shouldn't use an obviously photoshopped picture to try to confuse Nightsurge. After a couple minutes I found the unaltered version...

LOL!  And actually come to think of it, this is for a PAL version probably.  It's for Trashleg and she's in Scottish as far as I know
