Forums - Gaming - THQ developing two core games for Move, one for Kinect

Danny Bilson, studio chief at THQ, just confirmed via Twitter that not only will THQ soon be unveiling a core Kinect title (likely at the VGA's on December 11th), but will also announce sometime in the near future two core titles for the Move.  Check out the tweets:

"Two Core games coming on Move. One is a hybrid with Move and 3D."

"We will be announcing one Core Kinect game soon."

umm wonder if Homefront will be Hybrid

It took Zipper very short time to add it to Socom 4 wonder if they did it for Homefront and also added 3D to it.

Of Course That's Just My Opinion, I Could Be Wrong

VGA time for Kinect title for sure I think

Move titles? the day after?

Homefront would be a smart option for THQ to push on the Move.  Homefront is going to have a lot of competition in 2011 and will need all the help it can get.

Most anticipated games of 2011:

Uncharted 3,Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, Rocksmith

Modern Warfare 3, Super Mario 3D

from what i have seen homefront is a collectors edition for me. It looks freaking awesome, it also looks like what turning point SHOULD have been

Man I hope THQ realizes that their core titles will probubly not sell to well. I mean Kinect owners are the same casual owners that the Wii has. Move is again casual gamers according to Sony themselves 60% of Move buyers already own Wii's. If THQ's core titles didn't fare well on the Wii I can't see them doing much better on Move and Kinect.

But then again Deadly Creatures which THQ called its huge hardcore title was a piece of crap. You never know if they had released an FPS, Platformer or a different core game they may have seen greater success.

I reckon one of the Move titles could be a 'collection' type thing (Red Faction?) seeing as it seems to be the precident to make those things in 3D and add move support where applicable. Failing that it could just be additional stuff for that de Blob game coming out on PS3, which I wouldn't mind to be honest :D.

THQ are creeping up as one of my favourite companies at the moment (never thought I'd say that), so here's hoping they've got something cool lined up.

same despite haven't played an THQ game in a few years now i like the company and the people running it like there dedication to getting new IP's and also being the number one employer in the games industry of australia when EA pulled out and Krome got rid of 200 employees. But i hope Homefront is good, its looking great

What I gather from this is that THQ feels that it takes two Move games to equal one Kinect game.  I never knew THQ was such a fanboy company.
